Shipping & Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for store credit. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Eliquid OPENED OR NOT CANNOT BE RETURNED. Clearance items are sold AS IS and not returnable.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We ship to the Continental United States Only. To comply with the requirements of Texas SB 97, Orders shipped to Texas Recipients must adhere to the following :
- Use a method of mailing or shipping that obligates the delivery service to require:
- A) the purchaser placing the delivery sale order or an adult who is at least 18 years of age and who resides at the purchaser’s address, to SIGN to accept delivery of the shipping container; and
- B) the person signing to accept delivery of the shipping container to provide proof, in the form of a government-issued identification bearing a photograph that the person is: i) the addressee or an adult who is at least 18 years of age and who resides at the purchaser’s address; and
- ii) at least 18 years of age if the person appears to be younger than 27 years of age; and provide to the delivery service retained to make the delivery evidence of full compliance with this law.
- Orders ship the same day the order is placed if completed before 3:00 pm Central Standard Time, Monday - Friday. Orders placed on Weekends or Holidays will be shipped the next business day. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to be updated from the United States Post Office. Please allow 7 days for orders to arrive.
- ALL BES Vapor Brand eliquids ship from WACO, TEXAS. All other eliquid brands ship from LAS VEGAS, NV. ALL hardware ships from CALIFORNIA. Please remember, you may receive as many as THREE shipments depending on the products ordered.
- Shipping to the following states ALSO requires a verified Adult to sign for and accept packages: Iowa, Texas, Washington, Nevada, South Carolina, Massachusetts, Virginia, North Dakota, Delaware and Hawaii
Missing an Item?
If you are missing an item from your order, please contact us at 254-235-1779 or contact us within three business days to inform us of the missing item. We will make sure to send you the correct item once we are notified of the mistake and have reviewed the shipment.
Received the incorrect item/order?
If you received an incorrect item in your order, please contact us at 254-235-1779. Alternatively, send an email by clicking on this Contact Us link. Once we review the proof, we will contact you and send you the correct item. If necessary, we will provide a return label with the new package or we will e-mail you a return label.
If an item that you selected is back-ordered in our warehouse, we will ship the rest of your order then follow up with you the next day to inform you of the partial shipment. You will always have the option of receiving store credit or a refund for the back-ordered item. You may also choose to be informed when the item comes back in stock. If we are not able to reach you on the phone number you provided then store credit will automatically be issued to you.
Orders are shipped the same day as placed if received before 3:00 pm - Monday - Friday. Saturday, Sunday and legal holiday orders will ship the next business day. If your order has not been received within 7 business days, please contact the United States Post Office and open a case or ticket. If the United States Post Office has informed you they have lost your package, please email contact us or call 254-235-1779.
Damaged Upon Arrival
If you receive an item that has been damaged upon arrival (ex: broken bottle), please contact us through our Contact Us email. A Customer Service Representative will review the case and contact you with a resolution. Visual proof such as photos of the damage will be required before we can offer a resolution.
We are unable to cancel or make changes to any orders once it is placed by our customers. If you would like to make a change to an order you have placed please email us at contact us or call 254-235-1779 during the hours of 10 am - 6 pm Monday - Friday for assistance.
